Employer Solutions Employee Support, PLLC contracts with companies that outsource their SAP and “Return-to-Duty” processes for those who have tested positive or refused to comply with drug testing regulations and policies. Our experienced staff are able to coordinate this process for companies, regardless of the location of the employee in need. The process is based upon written agreement between the company and Employer Solutions Employee Support, PLLC, though the recommended process is described below:
1. Company DER receives positive/refusal drug test report.
2. Company DER refers employee to contact SAP
3. SAP and employee communicate
4. SAP Return-to-Duty process initiates
5. Company of Record receives SAP compliance/non-compliance reports
6. Employee submits Return-to-Duty drug test and subsequent Follow-Up test Plan
